History:
Minimatics, Inc., founded in 1961, provides precision machining services to the high tech
community in Silicon Valley and other locations around the world. By the early 1980's
Minimatics had grown from a small job shop to a manufacturer of hard disk drive parts,
shipping over a million spring supports each week. Today we machine components for the
medical, aerospace, telecom and other industries. Using a wide range of materials from
exotic “controlled expansion alloys” to commonly used metals and plastics. We routinely
machine to tolerances of one 20th of the diameter of a human hair. We consistently
exceed our customer's standards (civilian or military). In 2005, we became an ISO certified
Company and we go through re-certification via outside auditors each year.
