Supply Minimatics with your monthly forecast, extending out 12
months, of material purchases by part number.

Minimatics will set a 1-year fixed price for each forecast item,
subject to changes only in cost of raw material.

Issue a 1-year blanket purchase order based on the proposed pricing
and your forecast quantities.

You will agree to offer Minimatics obsolete material, and WIP
protection up to 1/2 of a year's forecasted purchases.

Minimatics will maintain the customers inventory.

If a forecast item becomes obsolete, or a revision occurs, Minimatics
will present the buyer with an inventory of all WIP and/or obsolete
parts. The buyer will issue a purchase order for all
affected parts.

In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the buyer will receive
an inventory of all items and a final purchase order.
