Reduce Acquisition cost
	Obtain a discount on the cost/item by contracting for an annual quantity.
	Receive invoices only as you take delivery of the parts you need.
	We will guarantee to deliver your inventory as you need it, and invoice at the contract price as you use the parts.

Supply Minimatics with your monthly forecast, extending out 12 months, of material purchases by part number.

Minimatics will set a 1-year fixed price for each forecast item, subject to changes only in cost of raw material.

Issue a 1-year blanket purchase order based on the proposed pricing and your forecast quantities.

You will agree to offer Minimatics obsolete material, and WIP protection up to 1/2 of a year's forecasted purchases.

Minimatics will maintain the customers inventory.

If a forecast item becomes obsolete, or a revision occurs, Minimatics will present the buyer with an inventory of all WIP and/or obsolete parts. The buyer will issue a purchase order for all affected parts.

In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the buyer will receive an inventory of all items and a final purchase order.
